MOM OF DEAF RAPE VICTIM CRIES: “What kind of a life is this, that my daughter should continue to be raped because she cannot speak for herself. The police said the cases will take too long because my daughter cannot speak for herself. But I have evidence as her mother that she was raped, and the man who lives not far from our house keeps coming in my yard to repeatedly rape my daughter. Youngsters and neighbours in the community have seen her being raped.”
